Sunday the 15th October, 5 members of CXOCycle took off from Rykas Cafe in Box Hill with the sun rising and chill in the air.
Gareth Nutt Group CTO of Inchcape PLC had devised a route that took us to Brighton via some of the monsters of the South Down Hills. We then set off on leg 2 via the Brighton coast, along to Shoreham by Sea and up to Henfield for a Sunday Roast and a well deserved pint of ale.
The last leg took us in and around many undulations, but with the sun poking out and spirits high, 150km later we were all having a celebratory tea back in Box Hill.
Many of the cyclists had not met each other in person before and it was great to see new friendships being born from another fantastic CXOCycle- Networking on two wheels.
